The repairs were completed well and on time. My issue is that things were taken from my vehicle.

There was confusion on the day I dropped off the car. It’s like they knew I was coming but yet we seem to be lost with the paperwork I had to provide my paperwork to them. They did a great job texting me the progress but on the day that the text said the car would be due at 5 PM I called about three and they said well it may be ready this evening if not first thing in the morning. I said that was unacceptable you had told me At 5 o’clock that day and I needed the car because I was driving 40 miles to pick up the car and they did have it ready. Great workmanship on the car but a little nervous on the front and handing over the car and the pick up.

Freddy Gaza was really helpful in helping me understand how everything worked. He clearly laid Dow the entire process and helped me put my mind at peace. It’s not really easy to let your car be out there but he helped me with regular updates. I’m happy with the work that was done for my car.
