Estimate was made for a bumper replacement. After taking truck in i get a call stating there was some additional work needed and it would be an additional cost. I was being billed **** hour extra to remove a trailer hitch that estimator saw when making the initial estimate and another hour to loosen the truck bed for some reason. Added $100 to the total cost. I understand if there was a damage that may not have been visible but I think this should have been simple enough to catch on original estimate. Additionally if like to add that Ramon reduced the price but only after several conversations about this being unjust. At that point why even bill the customer for this additional cost.

Work is not completed. Silver Crome trim on left side of car was not mounted correctly. I was assured that the problem would be corrected. I am still waiting for a call back from Claudia **** my service advisor. It has been at least two days since I have heard from her. This is the service center located at 8727 Broadway. San Antonio, Tx. 78217. She stated that she would get back with me. I have my car here at home. So far I have not heard from her and have not had an update.
