I am completely satisfied with my experience at Service King (Broadway location). I combed through many reviews and spoke to a service advisor at BMW. The service advisor pointed me in two directions and one being the Broadway location. I took the word of the public and trusted them with my vehicle. They produced a completely fixed vehicle in 9 days; 3 of those days was waiting on parts from BMW. Eddy my Service King advisor kept me extremely informed, apologized for the delay, and called me the second it was done. The automated texting reports was a nice touch. The work has a lifetime guarantee as well.
