So glad you sent me this survey. I really want to complement Erica and the front desk receptionist (I am so sorry I cannot recall her name but it begins with a C I believe) for their very professional, reasonable, and kind work. They were extremely thorough with my 86 yr old father's vehicle and treated us all with dignity and respect plus the bid was reasonable and actually came in under what was originally quoted which was a nice surprise! We will definitely be choosing your shop again the need arise in the near future!
