The lady at the front desk at your broadway location was extremely rude and disrespectful I don't have a name I just know she was I charge of the front desk. She was not happy about my question when I asked what iron she needed me to leave since my car was being dropped off. .. Because of this I had my car transferred to a different repair shop that is not service King and I don't ever plan on returning.
