My vehicle was towed at this location, however front staff at the shop had a difficult time to confirm if my vehicle was in their possession. After twenty minutes of waiting, it was confirmed vehicle was parked behind shop. Charles was my estimator, he called me giving me information in regards wrong vehicle, told him I had Honda Civic not an F150. Overall, the work on my Honda was decent, however Charles check codes on vehicle at delivery, my emergency brake code was faulty, Charles proceeded to erase code, however code was unable to be erased. Charles took pictures of codes to Email to himself. He Did not took initiative to fix issue with my vehicle.

I am very please with the work done on my car by Service King. But the reason that I am most pleased with their service has to do with the extraordinary quality of the service advisor that I was fortunate enough to be dealing with. His name is Brad Illg and he is by far,in collision repair. the best service advisor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Unfortunately in my years of driving, I have had the opportunity to work with many collision advisors and Brad excels in every area. He took the time to discuss multiple options with me and gave me very sound advice and recommendations. If I ever have the misfortune to have one of my vehicles repaired again, you can be sure I will go back to Kervice King primarily to seek out Brad. I totally trust him and will advise my friends if they have a need for this service in the future to go to service King and definitely look for Mr.Illg.
