First blemish on this car needed to be made like new and Service King did it! Not only looks good but was on time and without add-Ins. The communication was excellent by daily texts. I would recommend this service to anyone who has an accident/incident.

Everything took a very long time, 36 days in fact, communication was mediocre, and for the entire first week I didn't hear anything from you guys. The first time I tried to pick up my car it wasn't working properly, and Tony said he thought it had been like that when I dropped it off and it certainly had not been. During the last few weeks I will say that Tony got a little better at informing me, though I did show up to pick it up when he said it would be done but it wasn't. Honestly I don't plan on bringing my car back to you guys, even though you were recommended by my insurance, I am glad my car is fixed but I wasn't pleased with how long it took or how a lot of it was handled.
