The lack of communication and timely response was incredibly frustrating. I recieved daily text messages that my car would be ready on the 30th, until I called on the 30th and was told it would be the following Monday, the third. The auto text was immediately updated to the 4th, which isn’t what I was told. This repeated daily until the 6th when I finally got my car. On the 5th, I was told it would be ready at 5:30, and got the text that it wasnt ready as I pulled into the shop- this required getting someone to watch my kids, taking car seats out of the rental, etc. because it was delayed, I got to put that all back in and figure out how to do it all again the next day. I would call and leave messages regularly with my number and ask for a call so I could talk TO someone, instead of a call I got texts so they could talk AT me and not answer any questions.

It started when I arrived service king didn’t have me in the system and I had the appointment setup for 8am on the 26 since Nov. 9 when I received a call from service king asking when would I like to come it. The service advisor that I was told would be servicing me didn’t come out to greet me. Then I receive no emails or text or phone calls from service king about my truck I had to contact my State Farm claim agent on Friday to ask why. After State Farm call service king I receive a call but from a different adviser than I was told would be servicing me.
He tells me he been sending msg to my phone. I told him I have not receive anything if I did I wouldn’t have call my claims agent about it.
When Wednesday came for me to pick up my truck I did a review of my truck and you guys put my spare on instead of my regular tire.
I know we are all busy but it’s the little things of making the customer feel welcome and that their car is taken care of
