Ingrid was amazing… She was on top of everything. Also very responsive and I appreciated being kept up-to-date with where things were. She is a model employee and I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went at least from the service king side of things. We had other extenuating circumstances outside of our service king experience.
