I was very happy/surprised on how fast my car was fixed. I liked the text updates and the staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend Service King to family & friend's.

When I initially called Sandy told me I was not on the schedule for the same day I had scheduled appt. then she connected me to a call center when I thought I was holding for Daniel. This incident occurred twice n she was extremely rude n short unprofessional cuz I eventually spoke with Daniel who did confirm my appointment for later that day at 2pm.
