I really love that I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process of repair. I picked up my impala on 12/30/2016' I was told that the noise in my car was the bearins and I told them my car started making that noise immediately after being hit from behind. I rold then my car was not shifting and they said there was nothing wrong with the transmission but now it is worse and not shifting gears at all.
