Our rep went on vacation and did not communicate if anyone was going to be handling our repair while he was gone. We came to office to pick up our car, not knowing if it was done, 3 days after the last text message we received said it would be finished, and the repair was finished, but not cleaned inside. We took it home unclean. Then we realized our cracked windshield was even further cracked and had some questions about that, but when we called, I was abruptly placed on hold and then sent to our vacationing rep's voicemail, without any answers. Terrible customer service and terrible communication.

They were kind enough to keep my vehicle for almost 3 weeks as i was out of the country. When I came back, the car was clean, and I was happy with the body repair that was done, as with the painting. The guy who helped me, Tyler, said that they will give me a warranty for 2 years for the painting. overall, I rate my experiwncs as 4.9/5 and would come back to this place again. I also recommend it for everyone else.

One thing that bothered me was I constantly received notifications telling me my vehicle was going to be ready at a certain date and hear I am putting gas, and getting ready return the rental, only to get another text telling me the finish date had changed yet again! This happened like 6 or 7 times. Service King, needs to be honest with their Ready Dates! & don't send me Notification's unless, they're truly sure they can confirm with the make ready guys and the shop are done with my vehicle. After awhile. it was like they were "crying wolf " I didn't believe their notifications! because time & time again: "they lied to me or misled me" The work on the vehicle was satisfactory, but not the dialog!

I picked up my car today and discovered 3 issues. ****. My rear view mirror was put on upside down. I was able to fix that issue myself. 2. My gas cover won't open. There's a lever on the driver's side that was working prior to my collision and now it won't unlatch the flap. This poses a serious problem because I can't put gas in my car. This leads to problem 3. My car had NO gas in it when I picked it up. I know for a fact that it had at least a quarter of a tank if not more before Service King got it. I understand that the gas tank probably had to be removed and drained to repair my vehicle, but the gas should have been replaced. And since I couldn't put gas in my car because the gas flap won't open now, I had to have my husband follow me home to make sure I didn't run out of gas. This gas flap issue NEEDS to be repaired ASAP. Other than that, the repairs look good and my car seems to be operating fine.

We had a great rep. Angela,Was friendly yet efficient. She explained all options. She made an effort to have the work completed speedily. She suprised us with car out front ready and spotless. We weren't expecting it. What a great employee! Thanks Service King.

Customer service needs to improve all around. The staff is unprofessional, upon entering I was poorly greeted, asked to take a seat and would shortly be helped. 35min later the same receptionist asked if I've been helped... clearly she forgot about me. Not only that but once I sat with the representative near all the staff at the desks I witnessed the manager walk up to the employee next to us and insult his work ethic. As a manager myself I understand the fustration that manager may have had however, there is a time and a place and that place is definitely not in front of customers. I don't want to say I will never use Service King however, I will never recommend this location. Staff etiquette is terrible.
