Backup camera comes on when i brake. Brakes light do not work at times. Turning on a blinker causes all back lights to blink. Overall the wiring in the back needs to be fixed.

I feel first day I went to show car I had appointment, I kind of was shooed off, since I came in with estimate from insurance company, so miss Samantha did not go look at car , she gave me, date to drop off car, a week later, I come a week later, to drop off, she has no paperwork ready from insurance company, and said she would contact insurance for copy of papers I brought the week before., it was annoying that service king had a whole week to get insurance papers in order and they were not , then once service king had car in shop, service improved, regular texts on progress, calls from. Miss Samantha service writer, on progress, ,this finally was better service, car was clean when picked up, papers processing was effective on pickup, ,this morning, my wife starts car to go to work and she noticed horn not working, possibly related to service king replacement of front bumper, horn used to work.Thanks

The repairs to my vehicle met my standards, when I was told my vehicle was ready I went to pick it up on Saturday morning at 9am. First off I got there exactly at 9 and no one was there. I walked back to enterprise car rental to turn in the car and walked back to service king around 9:20. Still no one was there. A worker was parked there and said that aperantly the person that was supposed to open was running late or could not get a hold of them. So I waited outside, mind you it was low 40°f that morning. Around 9:35 some one else gets there, they try to open the door but apparently the locks were changed and his key couldn't open the front door. So he tries to call some one else. Other couple had gotten there around the same time from the rental location only to wait for some one to show up. Around 10:03 I believe a manager showed up and opened the door. I'm already late to work since of 9:30 am. I get the keys and leave. I arrive an hour late to work because of yee place not being open asst the time they were supposed too. Maybe one apology was made and every one went on like if everything was ok. I'm not a grumpy person and I have all the patience in the world. But my time is valuable to me and no one will repay me for the lost time of work. I hope Service King to correct their issues and keep a professional status.
