I had to come back 3 times before my car was actually fixed correctly. The first time you tried to give me my car with a paint job that was bubbled, and a bumper that was not put on correctly, along with scuff marks on the brand new bumper. The second time the bumper was still not on correctly, and there were scratches mark around where the damage had been. The third time was correct, however, i had a lot of worry that my car would never be put back together like it was before. When I was told I would be called and updated, I was not. I was told one evening that I would be called the next morning with status on whether or not to pick up my car that day, and it took me ALL DAY to get an answer! My service adviser never returned my call and I finally just asked the receptionist if it was completed, because I was in the area and had to make arrangememts if I was going to pick it up that evening. As far as quality, I cannot judge since it hasn’t been long enough to see how the work will be upheld. All in all, I will NOT return to Service King, as after my first attempt to pick up my car, I did not feel like my car was in good hands since you think it was acceptable to return a less than a tear old car with a botched paint job.

Repair done in a timely manner. Was always kept informed about status of repair.

The first service king I ever went to broke part of my car then charged it to the insurance company to replace. Then kept my car for weeks waiting for a part...that they broke. Then when I got the car back it was missing items from inside. The second one I went to which this is a reply about, did not follow any instructions for proper care of my car. They instead informed me they knew what they were doing...but they didnt. They just thought they did. A 5 minute conversation with the mechanic which I requested and denied, would have prevented all of these issues. Also,they did not want to inform me about the extent of the damage before work started. It was a cumbersome effort just to get the preliminary report to approve repairs...they did not want me as part of the process. I will never return and make it my life's goal to make sure everyone I know never uses a service king as long as I am alive.

I will use you for every future repair and will not hesitate to send others your way.

Ththey did an excellent job on the damage to my truck. Jessica kept me updated all along the way. I would definitely recommend this service center to anyone.

They kept me informed of where they were in the process throughout the entire time they had my car. Now it looks as good as new. And they didn't mind that it took me a while to get the deductible once my car was ready - they didn't charge me extra.

The service agent was a complete profesión from beginning to end. She kept me up to date with text progress reports. I was very satisfied with worked done on my truck. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to repair their vehicles

It may be small and Petty, **** my front end of the car was dirty where the repairs were performed. Also I noticed small chips in the paint which was not touched up. I was informed that they were Rock chips. My front end was damaged during an accident I would have expected for it to be completely repaired including any imperfections in the damaged area. Please do not call me I'll call you

Jessica Barrientes was superb! She was friendly, professional, and very personable. I never had to wait long for anything. I received updates on the status of my car regularly. I never had to wonder or call to find out what was going on with my repairs. Service King also kept true to their word regarding the repairs and date of service completion. I loved my entire experience with Service King, and I fully intend to return should I ever need their services in the future.
