Once my car was taken in for the repair work, everything went smoothly and efficiently. My car was delivered on the day originally promised, which I am sure is difficult to estimate. The text updates were great, but I was told they might not always be correct in terms of estimation, so I didn't really pay as close attention, but it appears they were pretty accurate. I do wish I would I would have heard from a live person to give an update as well midway or when new items were discovered even though it was insurance covering the work. I also wish I didn't have to wait so long initially from the quote until the day I was able to bring my car in (almost a two week delay). The end product seemed great and overall I was pleased.
