After the repair the left indicator and the tail light stopped functioning. I informed about the left indicator malfunctioning to Mr. Austin when I received the vehicle after the repair. But Austin said that the indicator bulbs may have got fused and need to be replaced. He flatly denied to inspect the issue stating that it cannot be a wiring issue as the personnels did not touch any wiring although they have removed the car body parts around the wiring for painting purposes. Later on I found that the tail lamps also stopped functioning. How can all the bulbs get fused all at once? Austin should have checked the wirings before letting me go. Now I am unable to take my car out of my home for fear of getting caught by the cops since tail lamps are not functioning. I need this issue fixed urgently else I would have to log a formal complaint. I expected due diligence from Mr. Austin before handing over the car to me. At the first instance when the car was repaired and handed over to me on Thursday 16-Nov the painting was not done properly as I could see bubbles. Austin kept the car until Monday,20-Nov and asked me to come again. and now I have the issue with the lights which he refused to address.

Bryan, told me that he would keep my in the loop on what was found after they started working on my truck. In the 5 days they had it I talked with Bryan 4 day or with a text letting me know the status. I work night and he called me on the time I gave him. I received a text saying that my truck would be done on 11-22 and I got it two days early. He told me everything they did . I'm a satisfied customer.
