Not only were to two days late from your expected deadline, when I came to pick up my car, I found that my back bumper was inserted unevenly and that there was a major gap between the new and the old car pieces. I was not even updated on my own car progress, as I was promised. I waited to hear back and I had to call in myself after two days of waiting

My experience with Service King was top notch from the initial time I walked in to the last time I came to pick up my repaired vehicle. Front desk personnel was super friendly and attentive. My service rep informed me completely with what they were doing with my vehicle. He then kept me updated every couple of days by calling me personally to keep me in the loop of the progress they were making. Not only was my vehicle completed a few days early, it looked awesome! Not satisfied. I will admit I did not examine my car thoroughly when I initially pick up my car Fri 10/9. At first sight it the car looked as if it was finished. However the next morning my boyfriend pointed out several issues with the repairs. ****) paint job was not good can see lots of bubbles & paint drops, 2) can still see some of the circular scratch on front passenger doo. 3) they had my car for a whole 7 days but the work looked like a rushed job. No satisfied what so ever.
