I loved the high level of communication this Service King location offered for my sweet car. I’m so happy I decided to trust them with her and they gave her back to me in much better condition than when I dropped her off. Derek is the best!

Bumper was replaced and painted. But the rest of my car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Looks like it was left outside in a dust storm. The only clean spot is the bumper.

The black rubber part on top of driver back door trimming could’ve been replaced or placed down smoothly since you guys had my car a month just about. Also it seem as if my car has been driven my gas hand was lower and my mileage was higher. Other than that everything else seems fine.

I got a call saying my truck would be ready Thursday. I said you can take your time because I have. Long meetings on Thursday and Friday and can’t pick it up until Saturday. I goy out of my meeting earlier Friday and called to check on it and it would be ready Saturday. No problem at all with that. Get there Saturday morning and my truck was not ready and was there for almost 2 hours waiting on it. Wasted my Saturday morning when I thought I was just being nice giving 2 extra days to finish it. Absolutely unacceptable! To make things worse my wife had a spa day that she was an hour late for because she had to stay with our kids while I was waiting.

The "fit and finish" is poor quality. The front grill/bumper has an area about 5mm in size that does not have ANY paint on it. It is still black and the car is silver. The hood does NOT sit flush on the passengers side and is very noticable to a NON professional. The gaps between seams are NOT equal and I'm surprised the car ever made it out of the wash area without being identified. I have contacted Service King and instructed to bring the car back in during regular business hours next week. Hopefully the craftsmanship will be evaluated and corrected as your warranty clearly states.
