Jordan was great, even tho they had to keep the car to repair some imperfections and got it back with a flat, still think it's a great place, friendly and honest.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Service King. It took way too long for my car to be completed (34 days). It should have been done in two weeks. I was very frustrated with the process. With that said, Eddie, the manager, and Jordan, the guy overseeing my car, were both easy to work with. When I voiced my complaints, they listened and compensated me accordingly.

My car was there for a month, for 2 doors, they first it was a part then paint isses,the finally I go to pick it up but the door of impact was still offline it didn't show new door it was popped out wet sanded,& painted. Well they say oh no problem we will fix right fast, take car to the back the come back an say we will have to keep it longer we made a dent, so I just get my car yesterday an my window does not automatically roll up and down anymore, an the window seems to bee out of alinement now. Also I took my car there on a ****\2 tank of gas Roland the manager in charge of my car said will fill tank up for inconvenience
I could not drive anywhere as had zero gas srt8 to gas station this is the worst experience with a claim I have had. And they really don't seem to care they have your car they are only worried about how many cars they can get in its about the money! Surly not customers I should have pay attention when previous customer said same thing.

This is how service is supposed to be. I am greatly impressed, happy and completely satisfied with all aspects of my experience. My car was taken in because of an accident that was not my fault and Service King handles all aspects of the insurance claim without any kind of problems and my car look great wdhen it came out. You wouldnt know that it's been in an accident or repaired. And the convenience of having the rental on-site was awesome. I would recommend this Service King to anyone need to have their car repaired.
