Well to start were not happy to hear that while our van was sitting to get fixed in their parking a tow truck they use to bring in to the garage had scraped the right side while backing in. Which of course needed to be bonded and then painted.Rebecca was a good employee. Then they return the key which was damaged looked like they ran it over. Plus we asked if anyone was in the trunk and Rebecca said no. After arranging things in the trunk we found a big rubber part under some books we had. I asked about it and was told the tech must have left it there. No way he could of left it or it would have been in plain sight,this was actually hidden under some of my books on the bottom. I am not sure if we would use service king again.

The work turned out fine. Car is great now. Time frame was a little ridiculous. It took them an entire month to finish the work. I had to have a rental car the entire time which incurred charges that shouldn't have been so outrageous in the first place. Not happy at all.
