It took a while to get appt for repair due to computer system down. But it was well worth the wait cuz they went above and beyond expectations with how they repaired my vehicle. Car looks great! Just like new! I didn't mind the extra day to finish a few more things, but wished Service King would have communicated through text or email that it would be until the next day. I went to the location, late afternoon, and was informed that the car was not ready. Just a notification of any sort would have been a great courtesy.
