I picked up vehicle yesterday. Today noticed noises when I turn the wheel. I had it looked at it and was told that the cradle that holds the motor is loose. I had suspension work done on the vehicle and it’s related to this.

The whole process of dealing with them and Allstate was very unorganized. Very frustrating considering someone hit my car. Set up an appointment and rental car over the phone. Was told the rental car would arrive as i was finishing dropping of my car. When i got to the appointment they asked me again if i needed a rental car and then i waited over 45 minutes for one to arrive. When i got to enterprise they told me they had no record of me and no one had been in contact with them so then i waited another 45 minutes to straighten that out.
When i called to tell my service rep at service king he told me it wasn’t his fault and that his computer wouldn’t let him contact all state.
Right before picking up my vehicle i was told my service rep was no longer with the company and i was given a man named Ben. He was unable to answer my questions fully because he was “picking up the pieces” of where the other rep left off. He just apologized, but never offered to fix or help any problems i was having. It was all so bizarre. Luckily after making many calls to Allstate and enterprise THEY were able to straighten things out for me. Would not use this service again.
