I was in an accident in March and Service King in Lewisville screwed up my tint on my window. It looks like paint spray. I gave them a good rating, before I noticed the splotch on my tint. And the back right hand side fender is not flush, it does not look good. This time, I have splotchy stuff in the paint, and on my windshield that will not come off. There are speckles of paint missing on my hood, which was replaced and painted in January after an accident at Lexus. I was promised one day, and then two days later come to find out they had actually screwed up the paint and needed it for a little while longer. They kept telling me that my car was being detailed and was finished, and at one point I was heading up there after calling to confirm it was ready when a girl called me in route, to tell me they made a mistake. When a guy finally called me later that afternoon, he fessed up about what was actually going on, and told me it would be another few days. I guess hearing the disappointment in my voice, he tells me, we just want to make sure that we get the car back to you right. Duh. That’s my only expectation. Neither accident was my fault, but going forward, I will always use the Lexus dealership. Regardless of timeframe, and regardless of cost. Going to Service King wasn’t worth it. I use my car for business and I take very good care of my car. The paint looks worse.

My pick was rushed and the employees were in a hurry to go home.not satisfied. Have to bring my car back to correct repairs as well as fix a scuff that happened while being serviced.
