I was lead to believe the car would only take 2 days to repair. It was there for 6 days. As soon as I said I was paying cash there were more costs added. I wanted to see what had to be replaced but no proof was given. I suspect that because I’m an older woman I was taken advantage of.

It was disappointing to have such a negative experience with your company. It was frustrating to be given vague and inconsistent answers about what was happening with my car and when.
It was unprofessional how a front desk clerk without a nametag thought that making a face and blaming the insurance company could soothe an upset client.
I will not bother with further complaint. It is likely to fall on deaf ears if the blame game is tolerable guest service.

It took too long to get repairs completed. I was told 6 working days, then after that time was up I was told it would be 2 more weeks after those 2 additional weeks were up I was told it would be another week. Insurance inspected car on 2/6 I picked up car on 3/10.
