Overall I'm happy to have my car back but my interlock was tampered with and now they're wanted me to keep my interlock for another year do to my wires being cut and tampered with when it was supposed to come out this month. me and I'm going to have to pay for another year worth of an interlock because no one notified the interlock company or me that the wires are being cut.

I'm satisfied now, but being told my car will take 9 days for repair not the original 4 days, really set me off. If I hadnt of called to ask the status of my vehicle, I would have not known my car was expected to completed 5 days after my original agreement. I'm glad I called because they sped up the repair, and completed it in the 4 days promised. My advice is to get customers to sign an agreement for a timeline so we know it can fluctuate. I was never told and never agreed to 9 days, so I'm VERY PLEASED they rushed my repair. Car looks beautiful!

Chris the owner is well aware of the issues we had with the truck. The chips in the hood were not properly repaired and painted over the side back quarter panel and the gas tank lid painted dirty so there’s dirt under the paint it was really disappointing seeing our truck like that after having the truck at your shop for three weeks and Over $3100 to fix it and it just was not done properly.The new mirror that was replaced on the truck already had a scratch on the back of it. Inside of the truck had dust and possible sanding dust from working on the truck all the stuff that was in the toolbox on the side of the truck was laying in the backseat very dissatisfied with the repairs that were done on the truck and how dirtied the inside of the truck was.
