However, upon picking up my van, as usual I opened
my change tray to empty my change. To my surprise
the spproximately $3 plus in change was
entirely missing. I told the lady working there
Although the amount was small I told the lady signing there
and she reimbursed me $5 although I didn’t
need it. Needless to say, I do not trust ever
going to your shop again. I will also tell my
friends to make sure no valuables are left

Everyone was very helpful throughout the process from estimate to repair. My only glitch was that I was not contacted to be told that it was not returned from alignment on time to be picked up at the scheduled day/ time. Otherwise, it was a smooth process.
