And the bad weather we have had recently, it would’ve been dangerous for me to get down from blue Rapids to pick it up, but they assured me that it was OK to wait and pick it up when it was safe. thank you!

On at least 2 occasions I called regarding my repair, was told my call would be returned and was not. I had to call back to get answers. The phone rang 5 or more times before being answered; I usually hung up, impatient over waiting and my call was not directed to an answering machine. On 2 different occasions - for the same repair, I was told all parts had been received and a repair date was scheduled, however not all parts had been received and still missing two parts. I understand the supply chain issues in the car industry, but i didn't receive accurate communication - in fact no communication about parts not received. I told the repair was complete and would be ready at a certain time. I arrived 30 minutes after that time and my vehicle was still not ready. My car is still missing 2 parts
