I'm 95% satisfied, but there were come scratches on the rear passenger side from a tree on the lot, I was promised they would be repaired when I had time to stop over there, so I'm sure I will be 100% satisfied.
Maybe look into removing that tree? I don't know, it's not a huge issue and, as I said, they would fix it when I stop in next.

My whole experience was good but think would have been nice if you washed the whole car. When we picked it up it was still dirty and could see where it was just a quick wipe down so left me wiping away other dirt to inspect the job that was done. Also it was drove around to the service shop down the road I think 40 miles so when picked it up fuel light was on but overall I am very happy with the quality of the work just maybe more attention to the detail when costumer picks up the car.

Work was started on my vehicle prior to informing me that specific requests regarding repairs could not or would not be met. This ensured Briggs would still do the repairs as I would be charged fees to put my vehicle back together in order to take my vehicle elsewhere. One word "Unethical".
