To start, our vehicle was repaired in about half the estimated time that was quoted which was a great surprise. The work looked great! And trust me when I say, my husband is very analytical when he reviews anything! We worked with Oscar directly the whole time. It was great having only one person to have answer our questions instead of being directed to the next person available. He was very polite and professional yet very straight forward, which we appreciated. The price for the repairs seemed very fair as we did get a quote through the dealer which was much higher. The facility itself was very clean and did not feel like an auto repair shop! The staff was very welcoming and I felt comfortable
