On Monday, you told me Wednesday. On Wednesday, I called, and you didn't return my call. On Thursday, you didn't return my call, but someone else called to tell me Friday. Terrible communication. I see other people have complained about the same thing. When will you improve? You did great with the repair, but the lack of communication ruins the whole experience. All body shops are the same!

Overall Service King did fabulous work getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired and assembled back together. It took longer than they expected but given the level of damage, I understand.
