I can't say enuf good things about Johns high level of customer service (at Raintree location in Scottsdale). He never acted 'put out' or inconvenienced during the process, not even when I asked for a receipt after I paid my deductible amt to him this afternoon when I finally got back in town & picked up my SUV. Upon his suggestion, they even took care of rtrng the rental Jeep! The rental car stories over the period of 3 wks was a nightmare at best and I'm still not impressed w the handling of either insurance claims adjuster/handler ... even if it is just disconnected processes which these insurance companies need to change. If not for Steven, my Allstate agent (& John at Service King)'s clear communication/trustworthy follow thru/and admirable professionalism, these past 3 wks would've been unbearable! It was bad enuf when the woman plowed into my suv cause she had her eyes down (cell phone?), but its been awful dealing w a series of inconveniences (being stranded, disconnected calls & prolonged 'on hold' calls/transfers, losing my client appts (), spending time and money at Dr appts to relieve the pain of injuries (thankfully short term!), lost/damaged/broken personal items, etc)....but then so exasperating to deal w inept people who should've been professional! Well, they could all take a few lessons from John and Steven. Service King gets my vote for thoroughness as well as great customer service! MBK
