I haven't seen the vehicle yet because I'm out of state but I was very impressed with the customer service at drop off. I received text alerts and personal phone calls every few days that gave me updates on the progress. My vehicle was completed several days ahead of schedule. Since this all happened right before Thanksgiving, we had plans to go out of town so we needed to be able to drop out car off before the scheduled appointment. Service King in Scottsdale was able accommodate our need. My husband dropped the car off and picked up our rental with no problems at all. he was told that I would receive a call Friday (which was the scheduled appt day) to let me know exactly what needed to be fixed on my car and how much it would cost in total. Then they explained that after they started working on the car, they would send an estimated date for the completion of the work followed by progress updates so I would know how things were going. Service King did everything they said they would. I didn't worry about my car because they updated me every step of the way. When the work was completed, they called me to let me know I could pick it up but I explained that I lived in Surprise, which is a bit of a drive from Scottsdale, and at 4:00 in the afternoon, I'd have to deal with rush hours traffic to get there and might not be able to make it there before they closed. The gentleman I spoke with said it was not a problem. He said I could pick the car up the next day, anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Then he said that I could lreturn my rental car to them and they would contact the rental agency to pick it up. I went first thing in the morning. When I got there, I could see my car sitting there and it looked amazing! I went inside and was greeted very quickly by the receptionist and the gentleman I had been talking to about the car. He took me outside, explained everything that they did. After paying my deductible, he walked me back outside and opened the car door for me. I was treated with so much respect and his manners were truly a refreshing surprise. After I sat in my car, I realized that not only did Service King wash the outside of my car, they had also cleaned the interior. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service! I have never had such a good experience. Between my Allstate insurance rep and Service King I did not have to do much of anything. I've been a customer with Allstate since I was 16 yrs old when my parents put me on their policy. I've stayed with them ever since. throughout that time, I've had a few occasions to use my insurance policy and this is by far the best experience I have had with customer service from both the insurance agency and the repair service. I think that says a lot because I've been an Allstate customer for 28 yrs. I thank you very much for your hard work, getting the job done on time, and for being so easy to talk to. You helped make the whole process less stressful and that is a blessing! Keep up that level of excellence!
