My car looks like new and runs well. My only suggestion is that you phone the customer to let them know how you are proceeding. You had my car for over a week and I never heard a thing. I tried to phone you 3 times and never got through. I finally called my insurance and asked them to get in touch with you. They did and 2 days later I received a quick text saying you were behind and that it would be another week until my car was ready.

My Service King contract shows 5 working days until delivery. My rental was for the week. The service writer decided to extend my service for an additional week. I explained to State Farm Insurance that I needed the rental for an additional week. State Farm asked what was going on. I said I believed I was bumped to move someone else up in time. State Farm phoned my service writer and, here's a surprise, the service writer was able to finish my car the next day. Service writer was Cody at the Scottsdale, PHX, facility.
