There were a few scratches that I thought would have been touched up given the whole bumper was supppsedly repainted. Ultimately, they did touch them up before I left but not without discussion. I think they should have just said sure and touched them up- especially since my car was parked when it was hit. I like the warranty so I am sure it will be fine in the long run.

My experience was wonderful! Enterprise was called and they did not show up, after waiting for over 30 minutes, one of the ladies took me to Enterprise office on Nutley Street because she was concerned about me getting back to work. She apologized and drove me to The Enterprise office in her personal car. I was so impressed with her. It shows she cares about the customers. The added human touch filled me so much that someone cared about me made me appreciate her and her work ethics. NOVA Auto Body is a very professional company. Does not look look like the work was done as contracted and there were black spots around where the work was done that clearly were not there before. Chips were evident where the work was done. We were not able to speak with the claims person who contracted with us. When can we bring in this coming week.

The time to complete the repairs was great. The repairs were successfully completed. However, there is an issue now with the key sensor and I have to crawl across the passenger side to unlock the driver's side which is really frustrating until I have time to drive back to the shop.
