Everyone there are very nice and everything always gets done on time. Great job done.

The only improvement I would recommend would be to keep in better contact with customers to keep them updated on repairs. I barely spoke to any representative about any updates, and my car was in the shop for almost a month; I expected a little bit more contact. Otherwise, the experience was fine.

There's a part or what appears to be that was left in the cup holder which I have no idea where its suppose to go. If it's not a part to my car then why is it in my car?
