I don’t understand why it took so long, but it seems that the parts took a long time to arrive. But at the end, we were waiting for a wheel to be delivered, and I’m not sure why that wheel wasn’t ordered right at the beginning, so it would be there when it was needed. Anyway, the workmanship is very good, and the car looks great. I just wish it hadn’t taken so long.

Great job on the repairs and the staff there is very professional. My only recommendation is that on Tesla’s, please ensure you set proper expectations with the customer when they first drop off the vehicle. Always better to over estimate and deliver quicker. Thanks for taking good care of my girl and getting her fixed up.
