Several things were wrong with our Ford when we picked it up. Since the truck wasn't ready till closing, he couldn't go back and let the shop know what was wrong. So he is going back in this morning. Very frustrating.

We scheduled the repair and when we went to drop off the car they said there was a scheduling mistake. We had to wait two weeks to then drop it off again. We were told it would take three days and it took four. There was no text message saying it was done. They called at 5pm asking if we could pick it up at 6pm. We live 30 minutes away. When we went to pick it up we noticed that it wasn’t completely finished. We had to wait to be fixed. This was the first time we were using Crown Ford for a repair, I can’t say we would use them again.

When my car got into the shop the repair was fast. The only issue I had was it took a very long time to get it in there. It was about a month before they could see me. But over all the customer service was great and the repair was done excellent. I did notice very small minor paint discrepancies but it can easily be buffed out.
