**** was personable, professional, and knowledgeable in the techniques required to repair the aluminum body of a 2016 F150. He thoroughly explained what needed to be replaced or repaired and why. He kept us apprised of the progress throughout the process of returning our vehicle to pre-loss condition. Furthermore, **** walked us through the final inspection and described the synchronized electronic assessment via Texas that USAA uses to measure the correlation between safety equipment and their operation. We are very pleased with the results. We have been return customers because of two separate collisions with different vehicles. My husband inquired about bringing in his 1999 Ford Ranger for elective repair. **** was enthusiastic in his response.

The repair looks good. My barcode decal was removed, though. If removal of decals is not part of the repair they should not be removed. Barcode decals are generally there for a reason.
