My car looks beautiful, and works properly. My only negative comment is that it took 3 weeks to fix, not 2 and this was because the wrong windshield came and the headlight was defective and had to be replaced. Other than that, great job. I would use again........but hope I won't need to!

Let me say up front that Lefti my collision advisor was helpful….
From here it goes downhill…not enough space to write what happened.
I took my 2020 Highlander in for an extremely minor bumper hit. I was told they would remove the bumper repair it, paint it and reinstall.
During the day with the naked eye you couldn't even tell that it was hit.. it was in an area where the rear cross traffic alert sensor was located…they kept it approximately a week. When I got it back home, I noticed that evening, under a security light the bumper still had not been fixed, it had waves in it just as it did after the collision…. I contacted my advisor (Lefti) via email immediately. She apologized for the inconvenience, got back in touch with the insurance company and got approval for a new bumper cover…. I waited approximately a week a little longer maybe. They got the cover in and painted it. I went in a few days later and they installed the bumper in a matter of a few hours….
Not only have I been inconvenienced by this place because they didn't fix it right the first time…But they billed the insurance company two times! First time for the bumper repair and the second time for the bumper repair….
Is there anyone else besides me that can see the scam that's being pulled here?..... No wonder insurance rates are so high!
Although my advisor was cordial to me, I will not be using this body shop, ever again….
Oh yeah…. And don't tell me it was because of the rear cross traffic alert sensor…. All they had to do with that was adjusted it….. not replace it…

Repairs were outstanding but inside of car was not cleaned properly after I was told that the car was fully detailed. Moldy smell inside and a lot of dust inside car, vents, dirt in door jams, not completely vacuumed.

Stop bothering me sending text at 7 o’clock in the morning. This stupid text says you’re going to send me repair updates which never happened via text. You have my car for a week with no update or communication. I had to call you to find out what was going on with my car. Then the girl upfront one day said I could pick up my car it was ready. I knew it was not and needed a radiator. I finally got my car back after two weeks with you. That was a week ago so why are you sending me this stupid text today about repair updates? Stop sending me text. The car is done. I am done.
