The work done was great and cleaning the interior was a nice touch...however I was initially told that the repair would take **** day unless something else was wrong with my car. I called at noon to get a status check and was told someone would call me back. I called again at 4:15 bc no one called me, come to find out the shop was closed. I was thinking and worrying about something else being wrong with my car so I left a message for someone to call me back as soon as they could. Waited until 8:15 the next morning and called again since no one returned my call. My car was done at 2pm without anything else being wrong with it.

The word "completely" satisfied does not capture my experience. However, I am satisfied with the service and the end product. Frank and the other staff were very nice and accommodating. The appearance of the body work was nice. No complaints there. The final details could be more closely checked prior to pick up. There were white smudges inside the car on the passenger front seat and on the exterior rear passenger door. Frank cleaned the smudge on the exterior door as soon as I told him about it. When I brought the car back for service the staff was again very accommodating. I would recommend SH Fender to others who need body work. I would also come back should I ever need it.
