Customer service, cause they really helped me. I had no clue what to do. They just said dont worry we'll take care of you and explained whats going to be happening, since I've never been in an accident before.

Greeted with a smile and all staff were friendly and easy to work with. Was told my service would take 30 days and I was a bit surprised. Worker said they take their time and do a good job and don’t like to rush their work. He stated he wants to be sure a good job is done. However received my car 5 days later and work was excellent. Excellent job for the repairs to the back bumper. Job was done quickly. Top notch paint job. Francisco (estimator) was efficient & knowledgeable. He gave pro & cons about other damage. Only negative was long wait to get car in for repair. Good for repair shop, bad for customer. Would recommend to others for repairs.
