The dent repair and new bumper looks good; however, the lack of attention to detail is awful.
First off there was a dark soda spilled down the side of the driver's door that wasn't cleaned up and smudges from sticky fingers that were oddly hard to remove scattered over the newly painted surfaces esspecially on the logo in the bumper.
Looks like someone drug an air hose over the rear passenger side of the car. Oddly there's some stickers missing off the rear window I figure probably came off whit the tape used to mask off the car
I noticed a plastic rivet was loose and went to push it in only to realize it wasn't even the right size for the hole it was in. This made me wonder home many more we're like that so I jacked up the car and went to inspecting. To my surprise a lot we're the wrong size on not even there. I spent a while putting everything back right there and had a few plastic rivets to put in places there weren't any. My passenger side marker was hanging out a good bit rather than let y'all fix it at the shop I said I would do it at home so the light wouldn't break. When I went to fix it I found the reason it was hanging out was because there rivet that hols that corner of the bumper up was among the missing. Had to drill some holes and install two rivets to properly install the mud flaps to the new fender liners.
Next we move to the driver's door where my keyless entry didn't automatically unlock the car like it's supposed to. Pulled the door card off to find a plug full of the tar like caulk used to secure the plastic vapor barrier and the plug for the door handle wasn't even attatched. Missing a rivet that holds the door card on from the outside and the trim piece that covers the screw for the door handle is gone too.
Now moving on to the trim work around the door, don't know why you wouldn't take the small step to remove it before painting the side of the car but it wasn't, it was masked off and there is now a thin like of point running the length of the black plastic strip.
Window tint on the front triangle was scratched up and tore pretty bad, hard to notice with the door closed but there's no repairing that it will have to be replaced.
The trunk... Opened it after leaving the store to find the liner was about to fall off. It appeared to be missing most of it's plastic rivets. After a quick look I found them rolling around in the trunk and inserted them back just like the remaining few were. That when I figured out why the fell out in the first place. All 7 of the were installed wrong an we're very loose. Whoever put them in surley noticed how loose they we're and didn't bother to figure out why and let it go. Also when I open and close the trunk now there is a rattle like something is moving around in the frame of the trunk.went to looking for a broke plastic clip and they all looked good. I noticed it looked like the spoiler had been removed so I pulled the rubber plugs out and discovered that a bolt head had been over tightened and broke off and that's what is ratteli g down I'm my thing lid. I figure I'll have to take the lid off and shake the bolt head out of one of the holes.
I took some videos and pictures if you'd like to see them.
The turn around was quick I fully expected not to get the car back for another week. Communication was nice, I never wondered what was going on I received several emails and text letting me know the progress.
Lack of craftsmanship and attention to detail and letting g a car leave your shop in the state it was in is unsatisfactory and should be completely unacceptable on your end.

Once the car was at JHCC, it took less than 48 hrs for repairs and everything to be finished. I was very impressed. They also detailed my car, it hasn’t been this clean inside & outside or as blue in a LONG time.

When I first got my phone call to pick my truck up.I got down there and my truck was not fixed.It had a wide gap under the door where they tried to put filler to build the door jam up.They told me they DiD not see it.When I finally got the next call a month later.Body work looked good but my seat belt light was coming on and my bell was going off.Called and told them about it and they said they hadn't cleared the fault.Next day went back down there and they told me it should be ok know.I told them I could tell them when I cranked my truck up and put my seat belt on.It was still doing it.They said they couldn't do anything else with it but sent me to pro imports to clear the fault.Got to pro imports and they said my buckle was telling the computer it was not connected. After Joe Hudson telling me there was nothing else they could do I had to call my Insurance company and explain what was going on.They called me an hour after talking to my Insurance adjuster and said they was ordering the part and would have it in the following week. They called me that next Monday and put it on in 20 minutes. Know note that the whole Month I was getting text and emails saying my truck was ready.I have done business with them in the past and had almost the same result. I am happy I got my truck back the way it was before the accident but am scared to hear of there work performance from other customers.
