I appreciate the friendly customer service I received from everyone I interacted with. I was kept informed everyday via texts & emails and I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. They took care of things such as calling the rental car people letting them know I was ready for pick up making my wait less. All of this means a lot.

I was originally told it would take 3-4 days to repair my Honda Pilot. I was signed up for text updates when I handed over my car. I received my confirmation text that day. I did not hear anything for a week. I dropped my car off on a Monday. On Thursday of that week my car had not moved. I called on Monday & was told that the parts that were ordered for my repair had come in damaged & put everything behind. I asked why I was not informed of this despite the fact I had signed up for updated. He wanted to verify my phone number, which I knew was correct bc I got the original text. I received 3 text messages the next day saying my work had begun & a call on Thursday saying it was ready. Funny how I heard nothing until I called & then all of a sudden I was a priority!
