The initial problem with turning in the vehicle for repairs. The communication with enterprise, costumer, and shop needs improvement. Not all front assistants knows what’s going on as to had to explain multiple times to different employees. I updated The car owner system at the shop still was informing others on the progress.

I finally received my truck on Dec. 26, 2017. I'm satisfied with the work they done on my truck, but on the previous week on Dec. 20th. my truck was on the assembly status which my truck was supposed to be done that day, but they kept my truck until now because the factory sent them the wrong part. It would've been nice if they could have called me and told me the situation about the delay and I would have been happy with that, but instead I didn't hear anything from them and I was worrying what was taking so long to get my truck fixed.

To say that I am dissatisfied with Joe Hudson Collision Center would be a grave understatement. I was graced with the misfortune of having an entire tree fall on my car in the middle of a trip I took in August. The Joe Hudson Collison Center gave me an estimate and a quote for how long the repair process would be: 15-20 work days, or 3-4 weeks. In the weeks to follow I realized that this statement was not only erroneous, but that the management at Joe Hudson can not be trusted with providing honest updates at any given time. After the planned amount of repair time, I gave them a call to see how my car was doing. I was informed that due to the storms surrounding Hurricane Irma, it was going to be an extra week before my car was ready. This seemed particularly interesting that an entire week would be added to my repair plan due to a storm that lasted barely a day. I was also taken aback considering the good people of Joe Hudson Collision Center knew that a rental car was not able to be provided to me by my insurance. All of this aside, I patiently waited for the additional week to pass, relying on kind friends and taxis. At the end of this grace period, I gave them yet another phone call. I was informed that my cars parts had not all been received, which seemed absurd considering my quoted repair time was scheduled for two weeks before this conversation. Not to mention, I was never consulted about this matter earlier which would have made the situation, although outrageous and inconvenient, easier to plan for. Due to Joe Hudson Collision Ceneter's neglect to communicate any information on missing parts or a realistic pick up date, I missed the opportunity to experience my best friend's wedding day. I was made to believe, in fact I was repeatedly assured, that my vehicle would be ready and waiting on Friday. For this reason, I was unable to secure another means of transportation to this beloved ceremony. I am not writing this exposè to receive any apologies or pity. I simply wanted to report my experience with Joe Hudson Collsion Center, and do not wish to be contacted by them any longer. As the late Dr. King once said, "Free at last, free at last. Thank the Lord Almighty I am free at last." Thank you for your time.
