All of the people working at JHCC were fantastic and the car looks great. Bit of a delay because the car bringing the part from Atlanta had an accident, but I was kept up to date on a revised completion date.

The staff I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Both verbal and email communications were clear and kept me up to date on progress of repairs to my car. When I arrived to pick up my car, I had bought a trunk load of groceries and your staff as well as the Enterprise rental car provider driver cheerfully and quickly transferred the groceries to my car in the rain. Thank you for a good repair experience. The quality of the work seems fine even though a thorough inspection was impossible due to the rain and falling darkness but your 100% no guarantee assured me that I had recourse if any of the repairs failed.
