I have been to a few repair shops in my 46 years of driving, but none have been as professional, honest, and on-time like the Joe Hudson’s on University Drive, Huntsville! From the receptionist to my service writer, I received the attention and understanding from people who care about those already stressed out over their circumstances. What I was told would happen, actually did. No smoke and mirrors or excuses - but actual sincerity when listening to me. They fully explained their process, and I received a text each time my car moved from stage to stage. I actually had to go back the next day to get some items I left in my car. A nice young man met me (after hours), and took care of me! I especially want to recognize Mark who has obviously instilled the spirit of customer care and professionalism in his team. Thanks to you, Mark, and to your team at Joe Hudson’s! Did I mention the repairs we’re outstanding? My car looks good as new!
