Car was not fixed properly .... Too many flaws on the repair .... Trunk is still misses aligned ... Trunk lid is not sealed properly and gap between the bumper and trunk lip still has a big gap ... Work done on my car was very unsatisfactory ... I expected better repai work from Hi tech body shop .... This is not the first time I had my vehicles worked by Hi tech .... Very disappointing experience

The work that was expected to be done was done wonderfully. Only two things that were disappointing. I had asked if you could troubleshoot some squeaking in the wheels and nobody ever mentioned anything to me about this. Also, I had asked for an estimate on replacing the front brakes and it was close to 300. Triple the cost of what I'll be paying for today. That was really too bad because it would have been nice to have you guys do the work. And the cost of my tail-light on the paperwork was triple what I could buy elsewhere and new. So, given your high costs I probably won't ever use you for anything but insurance claims. Too bad too because you do good work.

The work on my car was done fine - and the feedback was great HOWEVER - the floor mats inside the car were covered with paper and until I got home and saw that they were filthy disgustingly dirty with mud! These should have been washed and not covered up with paper to hide the dirt! This changed my very favorable experience to a bit disappointing.
