I couldn't be more happier, this shop was recommended by my insurance provider (USAA) and I must say how comfortable they made me feel from the minute I first stepped foot in the door. Tony was on the ****, he thoroughly checked out my vehicle (Mercedes Benz E350) , he advised me on approximate time line for completion of work needed, he contacted Enterprise car rental and had them pick me up to get a loaner vehicle for use until my car was ready, I received daily updates via text messages on the current status of the work being done and approximate time to completion and on the final day of work I received a call from Chris advising me that the work on my vehicle was completed and they were washing it down and would have it ready for pickup in about half an hour. I can't say enough about how HAPPY I am with these guys, I hope I never have to see them again (That would mean I had another accident) ,however if I ever needed any work done on any of my cars or if I was EVER asked about a reliable and professional place to get a vehicle repaired I would quickly and without hesitation recommend IMPACT PAINT AND BODY, THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR A JOB WELL DONE. **** Happy Customer.
