No need to contact me. My dissatisfaction rests in the fact that my car’s very minor repaint-repairs we’re not completed at the agreed upon time. Despite having two clear conversations about the timeframe and my related needs, the work on my vehicle wasn’t started until the day it was supposed to be completed. No one from the shop reached out to me to convey the delayed start and by the time I learned of the problem, it was too late in the process to move to a different solution. As a result, we experienced a major trip interruption. It was totally unavoidable. I won’t use this shop again.

The integration with Geico and Enterprise made the entire process much easier than I thought it would be. The repair went well and the staff was excellent from start to finish. Wouldn't change a thing. Didn't even have to go to Enterprise to return the vehicle. A+, 5 stars, I'm impressed.

Very easy hassle free experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable in their jobs. They took care of everything from start to finish. A rental car was brought to me right at the repair facility. All I had to do is relax in their comfortable waiting room for a short time and was on my way.
