They told us that the air conditioning was not working when we picked up the car. They said it was nto related to the accident. When I drop the car it was working We used the air conditioning the entire summer.
They should have call us and notify us ahead of time so we could have work with the Insurance. Now, we need to drop the car again for review and the process is going to take longer.
We are disappointed we were not notify. Besides, the person who received the car checked it and they dd not note any issues with the air conditioning. Because it was working.
All the other fixes on the car were good though.
